NEET (AIPMT) 2019 Application Form


NEET 2019NEET (AIPMT) 2019 online registration process has begin from November 2018. To fill up the NEET (AIPMT) application form 2019, students need to log on to the official website, fill in the details and pay the fees through credit card, debit card or e-challan.

Use any good quality A5 size (12” x 10”) envelope to send the confirmation page and paste the CBSE address slip over it. Couriers will not be accepted.

Don’t forget to note down the registration number and take at least 4 printouts of the confirmation page of online application and address slip generated after payment of fees.

Arrange the Documents to be sent to the CBSE in the following order:

(i) Proof of remittance of fee,

(ii) Computer Generated Confirmation Page of online Application, and

(iii) Affidavit (for candidates from Andhra Pradesh and J & K who have opted for seats under 15% All India quota).


NEET (AIPMT) 2019 Application Fee

Student can pay the registration fee for NEET (AIPMT) 2019 through online mode only. The Application form for NEET 2019 will be available on the official website.

Fee Details:

For General/OBC

Rs.1400/-

Rs.2800/- (Rs.1400 + Rs.1400)

For SC/ST/PH

Rs.750/-

Rs.2150/- (Rs.750 + Rs.1400)

Those who pay offline should keep the deposit slip they receive after payment of fee ready while filling up the form.

Precautions You Must Take

  • One student can submit only one application form for NEET (AIPMT) 2019.

  • Make sure that the form is signed at specified place and you have affixed the thumb impression of your left hand.

  • The signature of parent/guardian has been affixed at the specified place.

  • The application has been authenticated/signed by the Head of the Institution/Gazetted Officer.

  • All your details – name, address, phone number, Date of Birth, email address – have been filled in accurately and bear no spelling mistakes.

  • Paste a good quality colour studio photograph with white background in the given space. The photograph should be taken on or after December 1, 2018.
