Bhavya ma'am have completed a Master of Science degree from IIT Delhi. She has worked on Cisplatin as Penicillin of Cancer. Cisplatin is a chemotherapy drug used to treat cancers & tumours. She has a rich experience of 7 years in teaching for engineering and medical entrance examinations.

Her teaching methodology is very different from conventional methods. She believes that Chemistry is a fun subject and can be taught to students through games and fun activities. Students enjoy her classes especially because she is more like a friend to them and less like a tutor and teaches chemistry with songs and poems so that it easy to memorize for students.

The seminars conducted are fine, but would like to give the following feedback. 1) However, not all topics taught by students are necessarily up to satisfaction. A teacher's explanation would definitely make topics much crystal clearer. Even though ma'am takes up the doubts, and these chapters (surface chem and metallurgy) are easier, I still prefer ma'am's sole explanation-style classes itself cuz topics are no doubt better registered in that conventional style and much easier to make notes since students (my peers) would normally just rush through reading out their presentations leaving no time for notes. 2) The compulsion of making 'proper' notes in these types of classes and posting them is also a hectic task. Problem is, due to school formalities, we are regularly made to write assignments/notes and post all those within every few days. If notes are made to be posted compulsorily in askIITians too, that leaves absolutely no time for self study or solving questions after attending 6-7 classes throughout the day. Since for posting, a minimum handwriting requirement and other presentation formalities are always there.

In my opinion i would say that this shouldnt be done since the jee part is the most important and covering only NCERT of those three chapters wouldnt help us. I requesnt support to kindly talk to Sir about this and try to find a solution asap.
