  1. Mr. Aditya if you really are a iit delhi graduate then you are the one bringing the iit name down by posting such things with no facts at hand.
I am a student from iit mandi and have friends in iit delhi gandhinagar too And i can confirm that you are wrong about numbers of faculties from a great margin.

Also stop posting posts like this many people trust this blindly without going for facts and end up making wrong decisions

Irony is you being an iitian bringing the name down

personal guess: You have had a setback due to iits or its present system

and as far as new iits are concerned come down and look there for yourself the growth rate.

    1. I read something similar in Business Today sometime back. Mr. Vij, since you are form IIT Mandi, can you and your friends offer us some true insights about IITs which are un-biased and un-twisted? It will be a good idea to have real glimpses of where IITs stand right now and to know the Truth.

  2. which lets smart ones make it to the IITs even if they are not good enough.

That’s a great line but what do you mean by ‘good enough’,and please don’t talk rubbish.”A professor from IIT Delhi explains, “For employers, old IITs that include IIT Kharagpur, IIT Bombay, IIT Delhi, IIT Madras and IIT Kanpur are most preferred. IIT Roorkee and IIT Guwahati have just started gaining some favour but the new IITs still have a long way to go”.FB offered internships at IITH and also if you want to compare placements you have to do it like this IITX CSE avg-X L.P.A
    IITY CSE avg-Y L.P.A
but not like IITX got more placements than IITY.
Please, while writing blogs like this take ‘correct’ facts into consideration.
