Students will need to enter their Roll Number to access their results. You are advised to save a copy of your result and print it out too for future reference.
In case, there is a technical glitch on the website due to high traffic, the students can also check their results through SMS:
- BSNL users can send ‘CBSE 10 <Their Roll No.>’ to 57766.
- Vodafone, Idea, Aircel and Reliance users can send ‘CBSE 10 <Their Roll No.>’ to 58888111.
Students can also access their results through IVRS (Interactive Voice Response System):
- MTNL subscribers in Delhi can call 28127030 while MTNL subscribers in other parts of India can call 011-28127030.
- Delhiites subscribing to other telco brands can call 24300699. Users of other telecom services in other parts of India can call 011-24300600 to access their results.
Formulae to Use
Do note that the students’ results will mention their Cumulative Grade Points Average (CGPA) which will not include the result of the sixth object (if chosen by candidates). To calculate the percentage of marks one has obtained in a subject, students have to multiply the grade points in the subject by 9.5.
Overall Percentage = CGPA X 9.5 |
Percentage in a Subject = Grade Points in a Subject X 9.5 |
This year, 13,73,853 students appeared for Class 10 board examination through the CBSE Board. Last year, the overall pass percentage of CBSE Class 10 students was 98.76%. Ever since the introduction of the Continuous Comprehensive Evaluation (CCE) pattern grade system in 2010-11, the pass percentage of CBSE Class X exam has always been in high 90s.
