Central Board of Secondary Examinations has now been conducting practical exams at home centers. But as of the latest notice, CBSE is planning to conduct it at external centers from the 2020 session.
As per the notice, the Board will make any of the affiliated schools as the Board examination center for AISSCE/AISSE practical examination conducted by the Board. CBSE would adopt a new marking scheme for practical examinations. Students will also be issued with the hall ticket which they need to carry, for practical exams, just like theory exams.
CBSE has sent a notice to all the affiliated schools to share some details relevant for the practical exam, within 10 days. The Board will take decision henceforth.ÂÂ

For now, CBSE will soon close down the application process for change in subjects for CBSE Board Exams 2020. The application process will close down on July 15, 2019. Students of Class 10 and Class 12 can change their subjects as per the notice issued until the given deadline. After the changes have been registered, schools have been instructed to analyze the request on various parameters and compile a list, which has to be then shared with the board the latest by July 21.
