In their latest announcement, CBSE (Central Board of Secondary Education) has released the marking scheme of 2018 boards examination. They have also released sample papers as well for the examination. As per our experts, Maths paper will be difficult and lengthy to attend taking into consideration the types of questions included under 2 marks question (analysis based on sample paper).
Maths paper carries four questions of 1 mark each, 8 questions of 2 marks each, 11 questions of 4 marks each and 6 questions of 6 marks each. The question paper, however, consists of ample of internal choices.

In case of Science paper, there are 5 questions of 1 mark each, 5 questions of 2 mark each, 12 questions of 3 mark each, 1 question of four mark and 3 questions of 5 mark each. Internal choices are available in science papers as well.

The questions are conceptual based and students need to be very clear in concept understanding behind the question. There is step-marking which is a good thing and the latest addition is that now students can get the photocopy of answer sheet by paying a certain amount to CBSE for the same.
