The results of ICSE (Indian School Certificate Examinations) in all probability will be declared between May 17th and May 19th.
With 13 ICSE-affiliated schools, the tricity has over 1,000 class x students who have appeared for the ICSE examination conducted by the Council for Indian School Certificate Examinations between March 3 and March 29.
“The board, at a recent meeting, said that results are likely to be declared after May 17. According to me, the results are likely to be out by May 19,†Harold Carver, ICSE convener for tricity, said.
“Results would be available on the CISCE website www.cisce.org or www. cisce.in.com. Student will have to fill their index numbers, followed by roll numbers or registration numbers to access to their results. It will also be available through SMS,†officials said.
“This year, the evaluation for ICSE, like the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), was done online in order to make the process transparent and accurate and also save time,†said board officials.
With 99.6% success rate, the southern region was the best performer in the ICSE. The western region recorded 99.46%, the eastern and northern region recorded 98.02% success rate respectively. The passing percentage of ICSE was 100% abroad. The overall success rate was 98.20%.
Indian Certificate of Secondary Education (ICSE) for class 10 and Indian School Certificate (ISC) for class 12 are two examinations conducted by the CISCE Board.
The results of the examination are likely to be declared between May 17th and May 19th. In fact, last year, the results were announced around the same time.
Rajat Bir Singh Bajwa topped the tricity in ICSE examination class 10 examinations with a scre of 96.8%.
