New Delhi: The most awaited JEE Advanced 2014 results has been declared today, on June 19, 2014. Students can now download IIT-JEE Advanced 2014 results from the JEE Advanced official website.
Among the JEE Advanced 2014 topper, Chitraanga Murdia from Udaipur has topped the examination with 334 marks out of a total of 360 marks. Govind Lohati from Indore, Madhya Pradesh has secured an all-India Rank of 3, while Srajan Garg has emerged as the Delhi topper.
This year, only five female candidates have made it to the top 100 rankers in the JEE Advanced 2014 examination. Aditi from IIT Roorkee zone has topped the exam securing an all-India Rank of 7.
Out of the registered 1, 26,997 candidates, only 27,151 have qualified the examination from across the country.
Around 19,416 students figured in the common merit list (CML). Apart from it, 6,000 students appeared in OBC, 4,400 in SC and 1,250 in ST merit lists. A total of 243 candidates with disability have cleared the exam.
The JEE Advanced exam was conducted on May 25, 2014 by IIT-Kharagpur.The total available seat for the candidates seeking admissions to IIT’s is 9,784 and has been categorized as under:
