Candidate should have either passed/appearing in Class XII (or equivalent exam) as per OJEE 2016 Eligibility Criteria.
The candidates willing to appear the OJEE 2016 must have cleared all the compulsory subjects Physics and Mathematics
The candidates are also required to clear one of these optional subjects: (Biotechnology /Chemistry /Biology /Geology /Electronics /Computer Science /Statics /Information Technology)
The minimum average for clearing these subjects is 45% for General category and 40% for SC /ST/OBC category.
There is no upper limit set for appearing the OJEE 2016
Candidate whose parent’s annual income from all sources is below Rs.4.50 Lacs is eligible for the TFW.
To be eligible for this scheme the candidate must be a native of Odisha state and have a certificate of residence proof which shall be submitted at the time of admissions
Candidates willing to claim seats under TWF scheme are required to submit their or their parent’s income certificate along with the needed documents.
As pr this scheme the waiver in tuition fees is only allowed, other fees are to be remitted by the candidates

The candidates are also required to retain the copy of the filled application for along with the payment receipt as a proof of payment being paid online using debit card/internet banking.
The fee paid for the application is non refundable
The application can be declared cancelled if the documents are not submitted as required.
SUBMISSION OF OJEE 2016 APPLICATION FORM
The application forms for OJEE 2016 can be submitted online after filling the form on the website of OJEE
After submitting the application form a unique system generated application number will be generated and candidates are required to keep this number preserved for future reference.
OJEE 2016 Admit cards shall be available on the official website of OJEE from 20th of April 2016. Candidates can download for the website and are required to carry the print out copy of the admit card to the exam center, failing to which shall result in cancellation of the candidature.

OJEE 2016 entrance exam shall be divided into 2 sections, 1st for chemistry and physics and the 2nd for mathematics
The entrance exam paper shall have 120 questions from all three subjects (Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry) with 30 questions from Physics and chemistry and 60 from Mathematics
The exam paper shall contain objective type questions with multiple choices
Each correct marks shall be awarded 4 marks and there shall be no negative marking for wrong answers attempted
Candidates shall be allowed to take a carbon copy of their answer sheets

Candidates can check their result card at the official website of OJEE
Candidates are required to take the print out of the result cards for the counseling process
There is no provisions being made for the revaluation of the OMR sheets, although the candidates can make a written request for re-totaling or re-addition by sending it to the OJEE, along with a Demand Draft Rs. 500/- ( Rupees five hundred only) in favor of “OJEE 2016” drawn on any nationalized bank payable at Bhubaneswar. The DD must be received within seven days of publication of results online.
Candidates selected as per the merit shall be invited for the counseling procedure and candidate are required to register them online for counseling
The candidates are required to report to the nodal center and to submit the counseling fees along t=with the documents for verification process
The counseling fees of INR 450 (non refundable) are to be submitted in the form of DD drawn in favor of OJEE-2016 payable at Bhubaneswar.
Candidates are also required to submit the University Registration Fee of INR.5000 at the time of counseling with original documents along with the self attested photocopies. The original shall be returned after verification process is completed.
After the verification process the candidates shall be issued verification and choice locking slip and the candidates shall be given Provisional admission on the basis of their merit and vacancy.
