SAAT is an entrance test which is conducted at national level by Siksha 'O' Anusandhan University to enroll the deserving students from all over the country. There are different programs which are covered under this exam. SAAT 2016, Written test : 8th July 2016 11 AM 12 Noon. There would be 65 centers in 46 cities where this exam would be held. Must be pass or appearing in 10+2 or equivalent exam in the year 2016 with at least 55% aggregate marks. He/she must have at least Physics & Mathematics as compulsory subjects. Or, the interested ones have passed with at least 60% marks in Diploma in Engineering/ Technology. |

Must be appearing or pass in 10+2 or equivalent examination with at least 50% aggregate marks with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English as compulsory subjects. The candidate must be at least 17 years of age and not more than 25 years as on 31.12.2016. However, there is relaxation in eligibility criteria and age criteria for the reserved classes. |
B.Pharma |

The examination paper will have multiple choice questions in which there will be 60 questions per hour of examination. There will be four answers given with each question and the candidate has to blacken the correct one only with HB pencil or blue/black ballpoint pen. For each correct answer, four marks will be allotted whereas for each incorrect answer, there will be negative marking and one mark will be deducted. If the candidate darkens more than one answer, it will be considered incorrect and again one mark will be deducted. Those questions which are unanswered will be allotted zero mark.

Those who qualify SAAT 2016 would be called for the counseling which would be held in ITER campus or in University campus. The exact schedule of the counseling will be intimated later on. A SAAT 2016 merit list will be prepared on the basis of performance of entrance exam. The date of counseling will be published on the website along with the result.
