Must-Have Counselling Checklist for KIITEE 2015

KIITEE (Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology Entrance Examination) 2015 will be held in the 1st week of June 2015. This date is, however, tentative. KIITEE 2015 Counselling and allocation of seats will be carried out on the basis of the merit list of the KIIT Engineering Entrance examination.

Candidates need to attend the Counselling process in person and get the documents verified from authorized personnel. Candidates can check the finer nuances of the Counselling Procedure for KIITEE 2015 with the information given below with regards to the schedule both category-wise and rank-wise.

Counselling Procedure of KIITEE 2015:

• Candidates need to confirm the Counselling schedule and must physically report for the Counselling process.

• Verification of documents will be carried out during the Counselling Process of KIITEE 2015.

• The age and identity of the candidate along with the category and qualifying examination verification will be checked during the verification of documents of KIITEE 2015 Counselling.

• Candidates who get shortlisted must submit the original documents (which are listed below) and the token fees to the Counselling Centre at KIITEE.

Requisite Documents for Counselling of KIITEE 2015

• Admit Card of KIITEE 2015

• Rank Card of KIITEE 2015

• Class 10 Passing Certificate and Mark sheet

• Class 12 Passing Certificate and Mark sheet

• Diploma Pass Certificate (for Diploma holders)

• SC/ST Certificate (which is issued by a competent authority, only if applicable)

• School or College Leaving Certificate

• Conduct Certificate

• A Demand Draft (DD) of Rs 62,000/-, which includes registration fees for counselling, should be drawn in favour at KIIT, which is payable at Bhubaneswar. The registration fees for counselling is Rs 6,000/-

• The remaining fees need to be paid in the 2nd week of June 2015.

Note: Payment in cash shall not be accepted.

The Counselling for KIITEE 2015 could be held at the following venue:

Auditorium Hall, Campus VI, Convention Centre, KIIT University, Bhubaneswar – 24, Odisha.
