I face problem in solving vectors problems. Somebody can tell me best technique to solve them

First of all try to practically imagine it(suppose vector is in the plane or between the plane),try to once read the theory from `NCERT`,then try to solve `NCERT` questions then move to hc verma and then back year questions this is sufficient for IIT advanced.
