Two types of salts are formed when a sulphuric acid reacts with NaOH because sulphuric acid is dibasic (an acid containing two potential protons to donate)
NaOH + H2SO4→NaHSO4+ H2O
2NaOH + H2SO4→Na2SO4+ 2H2O
