yes if you are doing both the two in a good manner they will be enough for you to score good marks. best of luck for future

If u are talking abt the NEET . then not required to follow so much of thing , for class 11 just revise your coaching material , and read a little bit concept from ncert , in which u are weak in . thats enough . do practice the full test sample paper in which question will be from both 11^th and 12^th syllabus . 
doing only 11^th from all books only loose your time and in the end u will end up getting insufficient amoundt of time for revision . 
BUT if u are in class 11^th or 12^th now then this thing will be ok , but donot neglect ncert in that case , they are very very imp for aipmt or neet point of view . 

70 percent question from chemi and bio are from ncert only .
