I have got NEET AIR 24,500 something ,will I get a seat in MBBS ,on merit in a private college in Maharashtra under State domicile?If I don’t,should I go for physiotherapy/bds/bams with an objective of settling in the USA(if I don’t get a MBBS seat) after completion of MD?

yes
, you have fair chances of getting a seat through state quota . 
beacuse maharastra have many seats as medical colleges are more . 
so, dnt depress , just stay calm and wait for councelling .
