It was given in the Hindu newspaper that a total of 32 medical colleges have been debarred this year and previously it was also told that there was an increment of 10,000 seats in neet 2017.So, does the increment still remain even after so many colleges got debarred??

yes , the seat will increase by 10,000 this year , no matter how many college get debarred . 
but that 10,000 will be in combine of private and govt medical seats . 
so, MCI will increase the private medical seats to counter that for those debarred college .
