Each arm has One special basein t-RNA.
There r four armsTUC,DHU,Anticodon and acceptor arm in t-RNA secondry structure.
Anticodon arm- binds to m-RNA,
,Acceptor arm- Binds to Amino acid
DHU arm- Has an base named as Di-hydro uridine
have abnormal bases (Other than A,U,G,C )
T psi C arm- Has an base calledPseudo uridine

Variable arm-helpsin recognising Aminoacids andsome enzymesof translationa process.
The Change in bases helps in selection of amino acids,
these changes occurs during post transcription process in all RNA molecules
which u may learn in Graduation and Post-graduation
