Maths & Computing at IIT Delhi & CSE dual at iit Kharagpur both are good & have equal opportunity of job & research. You need to see that which one is better for you. You would have extreme opportunity of extracircular activities at IIT Delhi which is the plus point. So think about it & make a good choice.
