Frankly speaking then BITS is better between the two but as rhe fees is very high so IIT Hyderabad is cheaper.
Now it is not the case that IIT Hyderabad is very bad or anything negative. It is also growing high these days. Hence it is also very good

choose CS branch , Branch matters a lot , There are very less opportunity for electrical and electronics people in india so, go for branch , not with college. College matters for only 4 year , but brach matters till whle life.
