How to do B.Tech in the WEST apart from SAT examination and which universities offer the best please explain.

u can do btech in any of the engg colleges , nearly all of the engg college offer btech programme . 
but u need to qualify jee main and advanced exam to enter into the topmost institutions like iit , nit , and iiit etc ,
