I will be appearing for my jee advance to study in iit. I am keen in studying physics and do a research. I am unable to understand if I should go for a integrated course of 5 yrs or separate graduate and masters?

Dear student 
In College you have freedom to choose among subjects. 
You can choose integrated subject if you are interested in study Physics. 
There are many electives you can choose in between . 
There is no problem with integrated or 5 Years Dual degree course.
