IIT counselling-2010

Question

Dear Sir/MamI am expecting a score of 238(without partial marks)in IIT-JEE-2010(GE) .I am intrested in M.Tech (5yrs) / B.Tech programme in electrical ,mechanical , aerospace ; I may also opt for chemical /biotechnology , but I am not as interested in them .Tell me which iit would be best , as I live in lucknow and I also have some relatives in delhi .Should I opt for B.Tech before M.Tech .What should be the preferential order of branches for the counselling

My rank in JEE Advanced 2022 is 1871. Should I go for IIT Guwahati ECE or IIT Kanpur Mechanical and try for a branch change to CS or Electrical Engineering? Is changing your branch very difficult?
