I AM EXPECTING 140 OUT OF 240 IN IIST. AS THE TOTAL NUMBER OF SEATS FOR THE GENERAL CATEGORY IS ABOUT 70-80 AND THE SELECTION CRITERIA GIVEN IN THEIR WEBSITE IS QUITE TOUGH TO UNDERSTAND, SO COULD YOU PLEASE TELL ME IF THERE ARE ANY CHANCES OF ME MAKING IT??I WOULD BE GRATEFUL TO YOU!!

As your score is of 140 out of 210, so with these marks changes are there that you can clear the cutoff, but still we cannot say that you can make through IIST or not .

As you know no. of seats are too low, so its really very tuff to say that with these marks you can get any seats over there.
