i got 9290 category state rank.please tell me list of colleges can i get.i got 81% in 12th.will i get weightage at counselling.please help

I wud have to know from which state you belong so that i can help you in a better manner with the names of the colleges .

As about the weightage of 12 marks there is no weightage given to it in counselling .
