You must opt for M.Sc Economics in IIT Kharagpur or Kanpur. They have registered excellent placements this year and the course is pretty light, hence giving you a lot of time to explore and lead a lot of activities that go on in the campus. Overall development is guarenteed in any of the old IITs as the emphasize a lot on this.
