i m got 4180(682-obc).wat's best for me.shall i prefer good iit wid low branch or good branch with new iits.can i get iit bombay in civil branch.

I think a good IIT with low branch should be a better options because:

1) You could study well and obtain a department change.

2) Companies that visit a campus do not come to the campus on the basis of the departments, but come on the reputation of the IITs.

Hence, a better IIT should be your choice as you anyways have very little idea of what you will study in what branch at this stage.
