I just want to ask that is my decision correct of going for CS OR EE in NEW IIT'sbefore to MME in OLD IIT's

Dear Mr. Ankit;

No this order is not correct, you should first choose CS in new IIT then MME in old IIT and at last EE in new IIT. after 4 years campus placement also important, not only IIT tag. So think on this issue also.
