How much will cost an iit student to study in iit for four years?

THE semester fees is approximately 40K so lets take 40*8=320K

After this the mess bill is about 1200 rs per month so assuming you will be in campus for 9 months 1.2K*9*4=43.2K

Thus the basic expenditure is almost 3.5 lakhs
