ELECTRIC FLUX =∫ E.dS = q/epsilon 
E = 5 X 103 (1 X 10-2 )     =     2.5 X 103 N/C in x direction 
              2  X 10-2
dS = a2 in x direction = 1 X 10-4 
epsilon = 8.85 X 10-12 
cos0 = 1 
 E.dS.cos0 = q/epsilon 
SO SOLVE FOR q (chrge ) 
q = 2.2125 X 10-12 C
