Write the expression for the electric field in the regions I, II, III shown in the above figure and electric potential also..please give the proper explanation of the solution .

Hiii Bhavish 
The electric field will be 0 in region 1 and region 3 because of the positive and negative carged metal sheets. There will be no path to electric field in the region between 1 and 3.
There will be electric field only in between two metal sheets and that will be equal to sigma/epselonnot
