Iam expecting 124 marks in jee advanced and my ICSE board percentage is 94.4%. iam in general category ,can i get into iit?

As your marks are very less in JEE Advanced, you will be hopefully just able to clear the cutoff or may be not. Hence, you may not be able to get IIT. I am sorry.
