It is given that HX is weak acid and that the Ka for it is 10^-5 .So we will try to find the concentration of X- using the formula Ca.

We know a=square root of(K/C)which is 0.01.So upon multiplying with C we get [X-] to be 0.001.

We know Kh is equal to [X-][Na] so we get 10^-4 on multiplying as concentration of Na is 0.1.Since we wnat percentage we will multiply our answer with 100 to get 10^-2%.
