Hii...first of all...convert tanx and cotx in yerms of sinx and cosx...then u will get integral 0 to pie/2
sinx + cosx ÷ (sinx.cosx)1/2       
Now...put (sinx - cosx )= t -------equation (1)
On diff., (cosx + sinx )dx = dt...
Now square eq. (1) on both sides....you will get 
1- 2sinx.cosx =t2
Now...sinx.cosx =(1- t2)/2
Also change the lower and upper limits...you will definitely get the answer...
