is it possible for an object to have product of relative permittivity & permeability velocity of lightin a mediumis given by v = (1/00)where one epsilon & mu are for absolute value & anuther for relative value.putting value of 00, v = c/if product of these two are less than one, velocity in that medium 'll be more than velocity of light.so please say is it possible that =1.5 & = 0.5 for a particular medium.
