well this is a general Q to magneti...& electrici...what is dipole moment?i know what is a dipole( 2 poles/chrgs seperated by a small dist ...as the case may b)i also know what is moment (tendency of a body to rotate)but can't relate both of them..& the direction ?....(what is the physical meaning of that)
