angle of dip = vertical component/horizontal componenet. Angle of dip is denoted by I,vertical component as Ze and horizontal component as He. Relation between angle of dip and horizontal component is tanI = Ze/He. Here Ze = root 3 He. Hence tanI = root 3, I = 60 degree.
