If I get 45% in JEE Advanced what would be my possible rank?

The level of JEE Advanced is very variable and you can never predict how much would a 40% fetch you in terms of rank.

Sometimes JEE Advanced can get so unpredictable that even after getting reviews from students and seeing the paper too, you might not be able to predict the same.
In the past many years, there have been times when a 45% in the JEE Advanced fetched a rank of under 3000 whereas in some years, it fetched a rank around 9,000.
Thus, always try to give your best and target 50% for sure if the paper isn’t exceptionally tough as that should get you a bare minimum decent rank.
