Candidates who are allocated a seat in an NIT, IIEST, IIIT (Triple-I-T) or Other-GFTI have to report only at a reporting center of NIT, IIEST, IIIT (Triple-I-T) and Other-GFTI.
the above statement clearly mention that you can report at any reporting centres of JoSAA except IITs if you get any college from JoSAA except IITs
