how to calculate the centre of mass for a ring and a cone or frustum

For a continuous mass distribution, consider a small mass element which would of length ‘dl’, i.r. R.dø at a distance R.
Use tyhe formaula to get the cenmtre of mass, which is in the form of integration.
Apply the limit and get the enswer.
