at no 3, u have 2 tert-butyl so it will be 3,3-di-tert-butyl

and at no.2 and no.4 u have 2 methyls each therefore 4 methyls:- 2,2,4,4-tetramethyl

and total no of carbons is 5- it is an alkane - therefore - pentane

So u get full name:- 3,3-Di-tert-butyl-2,2,4,4-tetramethylpentane
