isopropyl chloride on hydrolysis should undergo only sn1 reaction but why does it undergo sn1 and sn2 both?????water is a weak nucleophile and also polar protic solvent

Isopropyl chloride is a secondary alkyl halide so it can undergo both SN1 and SN2, depending upon the conditions.
Since there is no rearrangement involved in this substrate, so the final product from both SN1 and SN2 will be same.
