it will converted to 2,4 bromophenyl acetonitriyl . 
the diagram are given in ncert – alcohol phenol chapter , refer to that mechanism i am giving below . 
the reaction are happening with the presence of Nacl . 
Here Cl atom is replaced with -CN group as Cl is attached to aliphatic C atom
as aromatic nucleophilic substitution will require drastic conditions
