Dipole moments:-

CH3Cl = 1.860 Debye
CH3F = 1.847 Debye

Due to high electron density on flourine its partial charge is less...also C-F bond length is less 139 pm..
While C-Cl bond length is
178 pm and also partial charge on Cl is more...

So according to the formula of Dipole moment..

Dipole moment = Partial charge on atom * Bond length..

CH3Cl has more dipole moment than CH3F...
