Well the bottom numbers are easy, powers of 3.
Then you notice the top numbers are one less.
The nth term is (3^n - 1)/3^n
Then you notice the top numbers are one less.
The nth term is (3^n - 1)/3^n
I think now you can solve this by using concept of limits as n tends to infiniy
