The sink temperature of first engine will be the source temperature of the second engine-
Make two equations with the two different situations and find the value of Tsink and Tsource out of them.
Tsource would be 2T and Tsink would be 0.6T
Substitute the values in the efficiency formula and the answer will come out to be 0.7
