BUT IF THAT DOESNOT MATTER , then below are the order of preference . 
IIIT ALLHABAD ECE > NIT JALANDHAR CSE > NIT KURUKHSTRA IT , PEC . 
bacuse iiit allhabad is the best one among the nit , but if you want nitian tag then u may go for nit jalandhar first . 
but iiit have better placement package than that .
