How many typee of forces are there? And what is magnetic forces? What is non contact forces?

Hi there,

Basically forces are categories into 2 ways :
1) Contact Forces
2) Non-Contact Forces

Contact force occurs due to contact between two different objects where Non-Contact force occurs due to either attraction or repulsion between two objects such that there is no contact between them.
Magnetic forces is an example of non-contact force in which attraction and repulsion exists between 2 object due to magnetic property between them.
