You can find all the details of the JEE Advanced 2019 Application Form Procedure in the information brochure as well as on the official exam website. We bring you all the main points that you have to keep in mind while submitting application for JEE Advanced 2019:
Create a User ID and Password to log on the website.
Fill in the particulars in the exam form, which will include:
Your choice of language for the JEE Advanced question paper,
Up to three cities with exam centers (which should fall under same Zonal IIT region),
Whether it is their first attempt or second attempt to crack IIT JEE,
Whether they belong to DS category and other such details.
Students will also be asked whether they need a scribe. Visually impaired candidates who cannot read questions or candidates who do not have fingers or hands and cannot darken bubbles in the ORS sheet may need a scribe.
Candidates will need to upload the scanned copies of the following:
Original passport-size photograph in JPEG format,
Legible signature (which should not be in capital letters) in JPEG format,
Date of Birth Certificate,
Class X Certificate, and
Category and Sub-Category (PwD) Certificate.
Once the form is submitted a Bank Challan is generated which is to be used to pay the exam fees as mentioned below.
All female students are exempted from paying the registration fees for JEE Advanced 2019, except for those who choose Dubai as their exam center.
General category male students will have to pay Rs 2600 + GST to sit for the exam while SC, ST and PwD candidates will have to pay Rs 1300 + GST as the application fees.
All candidates appearing for the IIT JEE exam from Dubai will have to pay US$ 300 + GST, irrespective of their category or gender.
