J.D. Lee Inorganic Chemistry is a very famous book of inorganic chemistry at UG and PG level. Concise Inorganic Chemistry for JEE Main and Advanced 2nd Edition provides the detailed explanation of all the concepts and seems to be a very good book for IIT JEE. The book is sufficient for theory part of inorganic chemistry for IIT JEE Main and Advanced. But the two topic metallurgy and coordination compounds are not present in the book separately. Further the book does not contain enough solved examples and practice questions. Students are advised to refer to some other books of inorganic chemistry too.6
