Yes, students have to provide a justification or evidence for the answers they want to challenge. Students must also file the challenge once the answer key has been released. Submitting the challenge through any other means will not be considered by the NTA.
Students can challenge the answer key but it does not mean that the answers that they have submitted are final. NTA will review the challenges and will display the final answer key. That answer key will be considered as final. NTA will not inform the candidates whether their challenge has been accepted or not.
Once the final answer key is released, no grievances will be entertained regarding the answer keys.
Yes, NTA will display the answers marked by students and the question papers on the official website. This will be done prior to the declaration of the final result/score of JEE Main. The recorded responses will be displayed for two to three days on the NTA JEE Main website.
